On trail

Water
Tea houses throughout — bottled water available but bring purification to reduce plastic waste.
Resupply
Tea house system throughout — no need to carry food. Rooms and meals every few hours on main route.
Notes
The most popular trekking circuit in the world. Passes over Thorong La pass at 5,416m (17,769 ft) — acclimatization is essential (2+ nights in Manang). Tea house infrastructure means ultralight gear is overkill — a 35L pack with warm layers is the practical setup.
