Notes
Regarded as the finest alpine high-route walk in Europe. Passes through 10+ major mountain passes above 3,000m. Glaciated sections on the classic route require microspikes or crampons in some years. The scenery rivals anything in the world — Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, and Monte Rosa all on route.
